Study Abroad: Spain
In the summer of 2015, I had the opportunity to study abroad. I took classes at the Universidad de Salamanca in the city of Avila, Spain. The first four weeks were spent in the northern part of Spain and the last week was spent in the south near Andulucia. My study abroad group and professors visited the cities of Madrid, Avila, Toledo, Salamanca, Sevilla, Segovia, Cordoba, Malaga, Granada, and Mijas de Costa.

I found that Spain is full of life and kindness because of the people.
My experience would not have been the same if I did not meet these amazing individuals. They opened my mind and heart.

During the study abroad program, many of my learning experiences occurred outside the classroom.
Whether it was gorgeous cathedrals, mountains, castles, rivers, monasteries, or the Mediterranean Sea, I learned so much about this magnificent country.
